Letter from the Executive Director
Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter
Bozeman, MT

Hi Barry (Dr. Barry Rathfon),

We were so thrilled to receive the supplies and equipment!  Now we have a fully functional dental program where we can help ease pain and discomfort and increase the adoptability of the shelter dogs and cats!

We did end up with a nice story on one of the local TV stations – The link to the story is below.  Tony sat in front of the banner when he did the interview!  Unfortunately, the reporter did not use the information we provided about our grantors so did not mention the Foundation, Dentalaire or Petco in the actual story.

We put a post on our Facebook page to thank our grantors and link to the news story.  I’ve attached an image of the Facebook post as well as the photos we took of Tony with the banner and the equipment.  I’ll send photos of our vet and Tony working on a cat’s mouth under separate email.

We will send an official acknowledgement letter this week but I wanted to make sure to let you know how much this gift means to us and to the animals we serve!

Regards,
Marla
